These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Sokoleho platform and services operated by Sokoleho Inc. ("we", "us", or "our"). By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.
By accessing or using Sokoleho, you agree to use our platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not use Sokoleho in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations, or in a manner that is harmful, fraudulent, or deceptive. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for misuse.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised access or use of your account. Sokoleho is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your login details secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance. All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days' notice. If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period. Online payment transaction fees may apply when using integrated payment features.
You may not use Sokoleho to: send unsolicited commercial messages; engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the platform; attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems; collect or harvest user data without consent; impersonate any person or entity; or engage in any activity that violates the rights of others. Violation of these restrictions may result in immediate termination of your account.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through your account settings. Sokoleho reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or pose a risk to other users or the platform. Upon termination, your right to access the service ceases. We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
