• Food and beverages
• Beauty and wellness services
• Hair and nail salons
• Freelance services
• Digital services
• Event services
• Professional services
• General retail products

All merchants are responsible for fulfilling their products or services and for providing customer support to their customers.

2. Prohibited Use

Merchants are not allowed to use Sokoleho to sell or promote any of the following:

• Illegal products or services
• Drugs or controlled substances
• Weapons or ammunition
• Adult content or pornography
• Gambling or betting services
• Cryptocurrency or investment schemes
• Loan or debt collection services
• Digital gift cards or vouchers
• Ticket reselling
• Multi-level marketing or pyramid schemes
• Any business that promotes hate, violence, or discrimination
• Any product or service that violates local laws or regulations

Sokoleho reserves the right to suspend or terminate any merchant account that violates this policy.

3. Responsibility

Sokoleho is a technology platform that connects merchants and customers. Sokoleho does not manufacture, store, or ship any products and does not directly provide the services listed by merchants. Merchants are solely responsible for their products, services, delivery, refunds, and customer support.

4. Enforcement

Sokoleho may investigate any merchant account and remove any business that violates this policy without notice.
